Growing up in Ventura County, Zachary graduated from Royal High School. After a brief stint at Pepperdine University as a red-shirt freshman on the baseball team, Zachary attended Moorpark College to try and earn an athletic scholarship and pursue better opportunities for his baseball career. He earned an Associate of Arts degree from Moorpark College in 1999. While playing baseball at Moorpark College, Zachary received many athletic honors including Junior College All-American and Ventura County Male Athlete of the Year. He was drafted by the Oakland Athletics in 1999 and received a full athletic scholarship to Oregon State University. Zachary graduated from Oregon State in 2001 with Bachelor of Arts degree in History. He also earned a post graduate academic scholarship from the Pacific-10 conference.
After returning home from baseball in 2003 Zachary became an assistant baseball coach at Moorpark College. While coaching at Moorpark he became a relator and began working with his father Buddy. He has loved helping many clients and friends buy and sell real estate. He truly enjoys real estate and all of its aspects. He looks forward to helping all of his clients attain their goal and is always there to fulfill their real estate needs. Zachary and his wife, Teresa, have been married for 11 years and have two children, Camden and Gately.
